My sister threw a surprise birthday party for her husband last weekend. The best part? It was a 70's/80's themed party. So I got to unleash the disco diva inside. My handsome husband transformed himself into Sonny Crockett, oh yes, it was hot! :) We had so much fun dancing the night away to our favorite tunes from back in the day. Here are some pictures for all of you to enjoy!
You might not be able to tell that Robert's suit is a wonderful pale pink, and he has no socks with his mustard yellow dress shoes, the perfect outfit to perform a drug bust in. My outfit is a polyester jumpsuit, it made my butt look about 5 feet long! I was so excited when I found it, I love how flowy the legs were, my mom helped me style my hair just right.
Check out the lovely 80's fashions, why did we ever stop dressing this way? It's so flattering.
The party planner and her Axel Rose, hers is a lovely orange polyester jumpsuit
My mom is dressed like Annie Hall, check out the ruffle on Heather's jumpsuit :) it goes down her leg (click on the picture to make it larger)
Who's the freak at table 9? My Father! Doesn't he look awesome, he was passing out LSD all night, trying to enlighten everyone.
It was such a fun night, my sister did a great job of pulling it all off. She had rubik's cubes, a pin the glove on Michael Jackson game, Cheez Whiz, Shasta, and everyone received a complimentary 70's/80's cd. Robert won for best male dancing (I love my husband, he NEVER gets embarassed), he had some fantastic moves, people had to move out of the way for him.

Oh Bob! How I would have loved to see him yuck it up. He's gotta have a lot of confidence with a cuttie like you on his arm!!
I just realized Bob was doing Conchord dance moves at the party. I'm so retarded. I can't believe I didn't pick up on that and could've enjoyed it more! Told you I was out of it most of that night. Its all a fog now.
