Lime Dipping Sauce

I've been looking forward to spring (and still waiting) for many reasons, but one of the biggest would be all things LIME. I love the flavor, the color, the smell, everything. I finally got to use one of my favorite lime recipes a few days ago, and I feel the need to share.

This recipe is meant to be a dipping sauce for strawberries, and I've used it as a dressing for fruit salad.

8oz sour cream
2 tsp lime zest, finely grated
2 T fresh lime juice
2 T powdered sugar

Mix them all together and serve.

This sounds really good. Plus I have been waiting to wear my lime dress, and lime shoes. Nursing is going to get in the way of the dress... :P

I just happen to have a big bag of limes waiting to be used. This sounds like it's right up my alley.
Did you know that if you Mapquest the route from Seattle to Virginia it goes right through Champaign on I-74? Just a little information for you.

Thank you. Dan and I are big lime lovers also. If we could bathe in it, we would (kidding).

I tried an easy Fajita Lime Marinade that tasted GREAT. The limes definitely kicked 'em up a notch!

Deee lish. I love the lime flavor too. Smell, taste, yum. Sounds like something to add to the grocery list this week.
