You'd think he'd be happy that his room is complete, but it's just not cutting it for him! I can't seem to get a normal picture of him! So this will have to do. Isn't he the cutest little dinosaur you've ever seen? He's filling out, and gave me his first smile a week ago. I like being with him in the late evening when his "helpful" brothers are sleeping peacefully and I don't have to worry about them jumping on me, or getting into mischief!
The room is complete, and I finally remembered to take pictures of it while Canon was awake! I think this is my favorite room in our house, as it is the closest to what I had envisioned. Really the only thing I didn't get to do was paint it something besides off-white. I also wish we had a glider/rocker in it. I bring him into our room to nurse and then take him back to his crib when he's finished.
I didn't like any of the store-bought mobiles, so I decided to make one. I found a pinwheel mobile on Etsy that I really liked and decided to go ahead and try. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out, and Canon seems to enjoy looking at it. :)

what a cute sad little dinosaur and room. My parents bought us a lazyboy for Finleys room and I love it because I spend many hours in it. And the craziness never stops, my boys are eight and when I am nursing all heck breaks loose. Very frustrating at times!! I got my first smile last week as well, so fun.

I love his room. Canon, is a handsome little guys, congradulations by the way. You are so good with decorating. My house just sits with bare walls, windows and floors...I am too afraid of making decorating mistakes.
